The finca with 5.000 m² of land is in a wonderfully quiet location.
The terrace has cosy living areas. The beautiful Mediterranean garden is lovingly maintained and offers a variety of trees and an excellent lawn. There is also a pavilion with seating, which you can use after a refreshment in the 4 x 9 m pool to relax and sunbathe. There are also some sun loungers available here.
There is also a social BBQ night here: a small grill house is available for you here.
The beautiful holiday home with a living area of approximately 200 m² is divided into the ground and first floor. It has been carefully decorated and very well equipped. You do not have to do without Internet and satellite TV here either.
On the ground floor you find the living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 2 bathrooms en suite. On the second floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a well equipped open kitchen and a cosy living room with access to the terrace of approx. 40 m². There is central heating and air conditioning throughout the house.
