This finca is situated in a quiet place 3km from Muro in the north of Mallorca. At 13 km you will find the Playas de Muro, in the longest bay and beach of Mallorca and catalogued as one of the best in Spain.
The house was built in 1926 and restored in 1996.
This property is cared for year after year by the owners to guarantee a good maintenance, in their garden you can see it reflected.
As we enter the property, easy to find, we find a large parking lot. When we get out of the car we breathe pure nature air from the big garden there.
Walking towards the house we see ourselves surrounded by grass and trees until we arrive we find a covered terrace, fish tank, barbecue.
Going up some steps we find a big swimming pool of 12×12 meters surrounded by a very spacious terrace where you can see the whole garden of the property.
On the ground floor we find the fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is also a double room with bathroom, ideal for those who do not want to climb stairs.
In the upper part we find 3 rooms with their bath each one.
